The Freezing Cold Magic Mirror has been broken and smashed by The Snow Queen!

The townspeople are worried that she has taken her revenge on those that live in great happiness in their home of Finmark.

Their land is green. Full of flowers, happiness and joyful dance.

The Snow Queen is angry. She is jealous of everything that is not ice cold.

She sends spears and particles of freezing cold glass to fall on the earth from the shattered Mirror. The Snow Queen is wickedly delighted, as she watches small slivers rain down on Finmark.

Kay is cutting wood for his Grandmother when pieces of the glass pierce his heart, and then his eyes. Everything that was once beautiful, now becomes ugly, and all that was once ugly seems to be beautiful…...Kay has changed, and now lost to all those he once knew.

How will his friend Gerda find him, and rescue him from the clutches of the Wicked Snow Queen?

Gerda embarks on a journey to the Ice Kingdom of the Snow Queen to rescue Kay, her friend. She meets many friends on the way. But are they truly friends? For example, ‘Mr A’ the crow? The ‘The Green Woman’?

Join Gerda on her journey to the Ice Kingdom.
